Jake Dixon is the Founder and CEO of The Locker Room Real Estate Coach & Training organization that specializes in partnering with broker owners and their agents to increase growth, retention, productivity, and profitability. The Locker Room began in 2016 when Jake Dixon was one of the Top Productivity Coaches in the country. Jake Dixon was selected by Agent Fire as one of the Top 50 Real Estate Coaches in 2021 and served on the Success Coaching Founder's Circle. Jake Dixon was also recently named a Top Real Estate Coach for 2022 by Coach Foundation. Jake Dixon and his team have served over 250 brokerages and 20,000+ agents within their first 5 years. Jake Dixon is unapologetically passionate about helping the 90+% of N.A.R. that currently close fewer than 24 homes per year in addition to the 87% of agents who fail within their first 2 years of the business. Jake Dixon graduated from the University of North Florida and played college and professional baseball which has served as inspiration when developing The Locker Room. I’m a creative, inspired yet methodical Marketing Director with over 10 years of experience. My specialty includes collaborative leadership, development of marketing and growth strategies, budgeting, digital and print advertising, social media, video, event planning, client services, and resource management. I’m driven by a passion for helping clients communicate their mission, vision and values through art, form and channeled delivery to relevant audiences. To do that, I ask the right questions, think strategically, imagine possibilities and create simple, functional design that visually tells the story of a brand to the people who need to know about it.

Carissa Dixon

Carissa serves as the Chief Operating Officer for The Locker Room. She graduated from the University of Iowa with degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing. Within The Locker Room, Carissa is often referred to as the GSD person (ask us what that means). She is a key strategist for The Locker Room operations as well as handles much of the graphic design, client care, coach support, and project management for the organization. She has been serving as the COO since August of 2016 and has helped The Locker Room grow to support hundreds of brokerages and tens of thousands of agents. Carissa is a Systems Queen and has an uncanny ability to take the complex and make it simple with clear action items and objectives. Carissa is a mother of 2 daughters, Ava and Adalyn, and enjoys spending time with her family, reading mystery novels, and traveling.

Kit Fucile has been coaching and serving in leadership roles for almost forty years. While primarily serving in the real estate field, including owning and operating her own brokerage, her true talent and undeniable passion is developing others so they can make their own personal and professional dreams come true. Kit has spent the last several years as a National Director of The Locker Room, a world-class real estate coaching platform. She is a graduate of IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), a certified professional coach by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership, and the CEO/Co-Founder of The Locker Room Coaching and Leadership Academy. Kit’s style is that of CARE, CANDOR, and COLLABORATION – and one that has positively impacted thousands of lives via her leadership roles, workshops, public speaking engagements, and virtual coaching sessions. Kit has been married to her wonderful husband for over 35 years, and they enjoy their close-knit family of two beautiful daughters and sons-in-law, three grandchildren, several dogs and lots of horses. She values her family, friends, serving others, travel, and personal and financial freedom, and if you don’t find her coaching or teaching, you’ll find her on the back of a horse! #zest4life365

Kristin's philosophy is simple: people come first. In everything she's accomplished, she believes that if her client is not left with an amazing experience, she hasn't done her job. Professionally, as an experienced teacher with a Masters Degree in Education and a passion for real estate, she feels truly blessed to help other brokers and agents find their true potential in the industry! She has been a National Director with The Locker Room since 2019, and is dedicated and passionate about changing the success rate of real estate agents across the country. Kristin is the broker/owner of Matthew Six Real Estate Corporation in upstate NY. Her professional team of agents are dedicated to maintaining integrity, remaining ethical, and upholding the finest standards while moving clients through their transaction. Their mission is to deliver a fun, smooth, positive experience in even the most stressful market. Kristin has served the community on the Board of Assessment Review for her town for several years. Personally, Kristin is the mom to 3 amazing children, and at any given time you can find her participating in any/all of their extra-curricular activities. Kristin is a graduate of Stony Brook University and obtained her MSEd from LeMoyne College. She has served in various capacities, including but not limited to: productivity coach, team leader, regional trainer, business development coach, and broker/owner.

In 2001 Chuck followed his entrepreneurial curiosities into the field of Residential Real Estate.  Now 20+ years as a Realtor, Chuck has been a buyers’ specialist, solo agent, mentor, instructor, accredited Strengths Coach and Agent Productivity Coach as well as  serving on various committees and boards within the industry at both the local and state levels.  As an agent specific coach from 2016-2020, Chuck maintained a roster of 55-65 agents in their first two years of real estate, leading to $325K+ additional company revenue annually.   He began his career with The Locker Room in early 2020 and currently operates in  the role of National Launch Partner coaching Broker Owners, Team Leads, Agents, as well as fellow Locker Room Coaches.  Considering himself a transformational coach, Chuck thrives on coaching to the whole person, and by empowering them to reach their fullest potential through a balanced work / life rhythm.  Super powers:  Retention, Productivity, Cultivating Leaders, Creating Raving Fans !!
